Nice pad .. gripper side is not too tacky . The pad was supposed to be the same size of rug .. we had to cut it in two side

For a living room on hardwood floors my rug is beautiful, but the suggestion of a floor pad was unnecessary. I would like to return it if I may. It is unopened, never touched. I realize while the Company is in Hong Kong, items are all shipped in from the United States. Not a great refund policy for a growing business to have an unopened, unused perfect condition sent back, should your customer pay for shipping. Word of mouth is powerful and I believe you should be responsible, the customers satisfaction should come first!!! But, LOVE the rug! Update: I changed my review to this wonderful company . After exchanging a few emails, they completely understood and worked with me how easy it was to resolve this problem. Excellent communication with very kind and understanding customer service!

The pad worked beautifully under our rug. If offers a nice cushion and keeps everything from slipping.
It doesn't prevent the rug from slipping when used over wall to wall carpet. But it is better than nothing.
Arrived on time. Both the rug and rug pad were packed in boxes and were undamaged. Beautiful rug. Was a bit wrinkled but they dampened with time. Pleased overall.

The rug I purchased was very thin and already had a rubber backing, so I mainly wanted a rug pad for added comfort. I considered thicker pads, but from the photos, they made rugs look like they were floating because of the extra height. When I found this pad, it seemed like the perfect solution. After placing it under my rug, it stays securely in place on my flooring and adds just the right amount of cushioning underfoot. It’s exactly what I was looking for.
