For a living room on hardwood floors my rug is beautiful, but the suggestion of a floor pad was unnecessary. I would like to return it if I may. It is unopened, never touched. I realize while the Company is in Hong Kong, items are all shipped in from the United States. Not a great refund policy for a growing business to have an unopened, unused perfect condition sent back, should your customer pay for shipping. Word of mouth is powerful and I believe you should be responsible, the customers satisfaction should come first!!! But, LOVE the rug! Update: I changed my review to this wonderful company . After exchanging a few emails, they completely understood and worked with me how easy it was to resolve this problem. Excellent communication with very kind and understanding customer service!

The rug I purchased was very thin and already had a rubber backing, so I mainly wanted a rug pad for added comfort. I considered thicker pads, but from the photos, they made rugs look like they were floating because of the extra height. When I found this pad, it seemed like the perfect solution.
