Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 111 reviews.
I love the quality of the product and I looked at the reviews prior to purchasing this and a lot of them said it was hard to get the plastic backing off, but I found it very easy and no problem at all. If I had more stairs, I’d be buying more. Thanks very much.
Bought these to help my senior basset hound get up and down the stairs more easily. Easy install, work perfectly for my pup and look great!
These surpassed our expectations! After buying 5 different tread options these were not only the most economical but also the best looking ones! We found all the other options looked cheap and tacky. These treads felt soft and the tiny white dots along the border make them look nice but also can blend in with the white carpet we have upstairs and then the brown wood floor on the main floor. My only concern is how removal would go if/when that’s necessary. Hoping they don’t damage the wood. Would recommend.
Great quality very soft easy to spot clean. The landing pieces I had to have cut and professionally bound on the edge to get the angle cuts. The flooring store only charged me $36 for that which I think was a steel and they turned out stunning. Hoping that adhesive stays for a while. I definitely recommend this purchase. I was shopping for a while and finally pulled the trigger on these.
Super easy to apply; the look is very nice. So practical and appreciate the good value.
Easy to install, soft and looks beautiful
Love these treads!! Exactly as described and a breeze to put on. My dogs and I are thrilled. I did have a minor issue and the support team was prompt and professional in resolving the issue. Wish every company had this level of customer service. Buy any of their products and you won’t be disappointed
We ordered these stair treads for our older dog to have an easier time to get up the stair. Wow, what an upgrade to the Bear stairs we once that. Would highly recommend these. They are soft to the touch and they look great.
Very good quality, easy to install and look/feel amazing!!
I love the carpets. They’re very well-made. They’re very soft. They look great. The only problem I have with them is trying to get the stickers off the back. There’s gotta be a better way to do that.
So happy to replace my old treads that slipped and slid. Love the quality, look, feel, and ease of placing!
Absolutely love the look, easy to install, soft to the touch, I haven't washed them yet but other reviews say they wash up great, awesome product
These stair treads have exceeded my expectations. They’re so pretty and soft underfoot .. like a nice carpeting. They were easy to install.. no measuring or anything. You can eyeball them and put them on. They lift easily to reposition.. They have a sticky back that was a little tricky to remove the film completely, but if you pull slowly and at a slight angle it’s no problem. They don’t actually stick on your floor with an adhesive. It’s just a very sticky silicone like surface that grips the floor.. There’s no curling on the corners and most importantly, the reason I bought them was for my two senior dogs to make it easier for them to go up and down the stairs and it really has. They move much more quickly up and down now without any hesitation. Honestly these stair treads are really, very nice. I was surprised at how much I like them, I’ve had bare wood floor stairs for 15 years and I like these carpet treads better. If you’re on the fence about buying these, don’t be! I did alot of shopping online and read reviews and finally settled on these and I’m very happy and so are my pups!
Bit of a learning curve getting the plastic backing off but once I figured it out it was smooth sailing! Maybe took 2 hours to do all three stories of stairs! Looks great! Accidentally ordered the “sticky” backing and am so glad I did! They are very easy to peel off and re-stick!
Although I had decided to return them and do something else, when customer service got involved and offered to help I decided to keep them and I LOVE them! Thank you!
Easy to set up. I’m curious if they will actually keep the same stickiness and fluffy texture, but so far so good
I needed to purchase stair treads for my dog so he would go up the stairs. These treads are on my main stairs and I love them. They go with my mid century vibe. They are plush and luxurious feeling underfoot. Not flat like the other ones. Easy to vacuum and somehow they stay in place even tho the backs aren’t that sticky. I use these stairs at least 20 times a day and they are not matted down or dull looking and they haven’t moved once! I am deff ordering more for my basement steps too.
we absolutely love these and also they’re so comfortable good quality!
10/10!!! Amazing size, the easy installation and very forgivable! They are extremely slip resistant and soft/plush. They do start to mat after week or so, but quickly fluff back up after vacuuming and look as good as new!
Absolutely gorgeous! The quality and durability of these treads is perfect! So pretty and added such warmth to a gloomy basement set of stairs. They were easy to install and when needed, a quick dab of some cleaner will surely take out any stain. I love them! Love the look!
These are thinner than they appear, however; this works well. I was able to install these on 14 stair steps in around an hour. I did struggle with removing the adhesive film. But easy to put the treads down. They look great. Easy to sweep. Easy to reposition. All are staying in place. I had to cut a few due to turning steps, still look good.
Hold up really good. I even washed mine and still stuck
Love these runners, easy to put down, super plush underfoot, and peel up to go in the wash. Basically perfect.
Great customer service product is soft and adhered well to stairs. Would not hesitate to purchase again
Great product, thank you For sending it!
Life changing for our toddler, dogs and us. The rugs look great and stay in place. We have not tried washing them yet so will see how they hold up after that.
After installing new laminate flooring on my stairs, I needed something to soften the sound. I have 16 steps, unfortunately only 15 carpet treads came with the package. I didn’t want to order a second package just for one tread, so I thought I’d give it a try anyway. No regrets. I have two flights of upstairs in my townhome and considering buying another set for the second stairs because they’re so effective in dampening sound. The silicone grip on the back keeps them in place, no problems.
I’m very happy with these stair treads. They look nice, stay in place, and provide good traction on the stairs. The beige color is neutral and blends well with my home. They were easy to install and feel much safer than having bare stairs. Overall, a great product for the price.
Work well for our dog and look good.
Xxx
I like the product, however one day after installing on my steps I noticed some of the adhesive was failing and starting to lift. I have standing hardwood treads and followed all preparations that were recommended. I would like to know what the warranty is in the event that the adhesive fails. I would really like to have a few spare pieces to replace the ones that failed. Most of them are fine only a few are having this issue. Thanks, Len Berbiglia
So easy to improve my stairs! I removed the old carpet and let the beautiful wood shine through but still needed something for my dogs. These worked perfectly - thanks!
These are very nice, stays put, soft and the color was spot on!
Great Product and Customer service and support!
Soft but very thin
They look great! I did not love peeling off the backing but was a pro by the end. I got them to prevent my sr dog from slipping down the stairs and they have been easy for him to navigate. A special thanks for not nagging me daily! Most companies send out daily reminders and discounts daily the moment you engage and feel like you gave me some space to install them!
looks nice stick well
So soft and so far staying put!!
Unbelievable
